Excellent command of English (Good command of Turkish will be a plus)
At least two years of corporate experience in a multinational company
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Energetic and hardworking personality with a positive attitude and well-developed written and oral presentation/communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent coordination, organization, problem solving and analytical thinking capability
Job Description:
To provide administrative/secretarial support, such as answering telephones, assisting visitors, resolving and/or referring a range of administrative issues and inquiries
To schedule and participate meetings, events, interviews, appointments and/or other similar activities, and to handle international and/or domestic travel and lodging arrangements for font>
To sort, screen, review and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and faxes; to compose, prepare or ensure timely responses to a variety of written inquiries
