TAV Airports begins a new era in customer relations management with the TAV Passport card membership program, which offers a multitude of opportunities and privileges for customers at its airports.


Another of successful promotion geared toward customer satisfaction has now been established; the TAV Passport Card Membership Program. Following lengthy consumer research and preparation, the TAV Passport Card Membership Program, which provides CIP privileges at all airports operated by TAV Airports, is now available; bringing speed, comfort and technology to passengers.

CARD OR STICKER WITH CHIP

A special card or a sticker having a chip (which can be stuck on a passport or wallet) is given to members for them to take advantage of the benefits of TAV Passport. All members need to prior to their travel is to have their cards or stickers read by the contact-free technology readers at service point. You can get a TAV Passport card at the sales points within Istanbul Ataturk Airport or through the call center at 444 25 75. Although TAV Passport is considered specific to Istanbul Ataturk Airport, it can be used at other terminals operated by TAV Airports Holding to benefit from free usage of passenger lounges and discounted offers at food & drink points. Our goal is to provide TAV Passport card holders all the privileges at all the terminals that TAV operates.
