TAV Group’s human capital strategy has been structured with an approach to corporate learning. TAV Group, the leader in airport operations in Turkey, has identified as its basic strategy converting the knowledge, experience and “know-how” it has acquired at the corporate level and to expand it to all ranks of the company. The establishment whereby corporate learning is managed and directed is TAV Academy, which carries out its activities within the TAV Airports Holding Human Resources Directorate as the corporate development center of the TAV Group.

The principle of TAV Academy is to create a corporate learning atmosphere whereby TAV employees can develop themselves, which supports professionalism and leadership, and where they can find fields of practice in any area. This is done through projects especially developed for the aviation sector, development programs and training courses designed with international organizations, mutual academic cooperation with universities, custom-made personal leadership and career development programs tailored for successful executives and executive candidates with high potential and training programs to enhance corporate culture and basic capabilities.
